"I had the best experience with Elena, when I was buying a car they were so fast with giving me a quote on new car and it was the cheapest out of all other companies. And it was the best coverage because after six months I got in an accident, and the person who was at fault didn't have any insurance. So I called the Elena's office and Valentina answered the phone and was assisting me through the whole process what are the next steps I have to take. She was very professional and helpful. When I opened a claim it turned out that everything was covered and the whole process was super easy. With couple phone calls everything was resolved and the rental, repairs for my car, and massage treatments. I was very happy to know that for my rental I didn't have to buy an insurance from Enterprise because my policy covered everything. Thank you so much."

"Severely disappointing, unprofessional, and incompetent office. Every time I call, new information and new rules emerge that no one ever mentioned before. Half the time what is discussed on the phone does not get done by the agent on their side, leaving the customer in a compromised situation. No clarity, no professional attitude, no reliability. I was trying to change my insurance to “parked” as I was traveling, the agent over the phone got the dates of travel and assured me that the coverage would be changed to “parked.” Next thing I know is that my plan was never actually changed to a different “comprehensive parked” coverage. And there is no record of that ever being discussed. And that is a recurring issue with their communication! Oh what a frustrating experience it is to be involved with this insurance provider."

"Great service, the agent(s) were very knowledgeable and offered alternatives to what I asked for a better outcome. I recommend these State Farm agents as I have dealt with other Offices that simply, not only didn't care but actually created such tension that I left them without a second thought. Elena and her staff were the only thing that saved a customer from completely leaving State Farm. I have no plans to leave this top notch, professionally led Office. "This office will rip you off . I talked with them multiple times to get a better rate and they never wanted to help me . I saved over $200/month switching providers and got better coverage for my vehicles . When I called with issues they never answer unless you call over and over . Idk if it’s just State Farm or this office but I highly recommend seeking another agent or company ."

"Diana! What a beautiful name! It’s my daughter name too. I wanted to give you a few days to remove this review since I emailed you directly with some facts about your policy, but since the review is still here, I will go ahead and share with the public what prompted you to leave us such unclear and vague review. I will start with the phone call we received from you on Friday, April 26th, asking for Rental Car Coverage for your vehicle that is in the shop due to a mechanical issue. The shop did not provide you with the loaner. You were told that your policy does not have Rental Car Endorsement, and even if it did, it would not cover a rental due the fact that mechanical breakdowns are not considered a covered loss. You let us know that you were under the impression that you have “full coverage” and now you don’t trust our agency. There were a lot more words said on the call, but I am trying to keep this response as short as possible. After reviewing your account, we found the following: I was able to retrieve your online quote you completed with State Farm on 10/23/2023, which shows that you did not include Rental Car endorsement as part of your desired coverage. On 10/30/2023, my team member left you a voicemail to go over your auto policy and discuss increasing your Property Damage Coverage, adding Rental Reimbursement, and helping you set up your StateFarm.com account. I have attached a screenshot of the note on your account in my emailed response to you on Friday, the 26th. I pulled your insurance history all the back to 2017, your auto insurance policies prior to State Farm never had Rental Car endorsement either. For your information and everyone else’s that is reading this response: Rental Car endorsement does not automatically apply to so-called “full coverage”, which is NOT an actual type of coverage, but a general term used to describe a policy that combines Liability, Comprehensive and Collision coverages. "

"UPDATE: Avoid this agent at all costs. 0/5 (In response to Elena) You are very good at deflecting. I don't expect you to be there to answer every call from me specifically. I expect that when I call, I will receive accurate information from every employee who works there. Or, at the very least, the same information. I understand that you can't answer every call that comes in, nor do I expect you to. However, I do expect accurate information and a valid reason as to why my rate nearly doubled. Any of your representatives should have that information. I also expect to be told the correct year of my vehicle and not have to argue about how long I've been a customer or whether or not I have auto pay set up. It's the simplest things. Deflect this comment all you want. From reading the negative reviews, I now understand that this is a persistent issue with you. In 2020, you seemed to have had representatives that were more competent, which in turn made you look good. I also should not have had to argue for hours on the phone with your office so that I would have my rates reevaluated. I brought up the fact that my rates were going up but understood $20 was probably inflation. Then they went up again, this time $80, which I brought up and was given excuses. The next time it went up, it was almost $100, which is unacceptable. And after multiple calls with multiple people (not you), I was then told that I was right in questioning the drastic price increase (in less than a year) and was long overdue for a price reevaluation. Again, this is unacceptable treatment of your customers. It doesn't seem very neighborly of you. I've had other issues with your representatives giving me wrong information, and I've spoken with you about it. You then informed me that I was given incorrect information and not to trust the State Farm app, so you definitely know that this has been an ongoing issue. At the very least, take accountability. (ORIGINAL POST) Elena seems to always be out of the office when it's convenient for her. The representatives who work there all have different information, and there's no accountability. It's a nightmare. I just wanted to make sure that someone who knows what they're doing cancels my account. I was told a week before (on a Friday) that she'd call me back because she was out of town until Tuesday. Friday rolled around, and I didn't receive a call from her, but I had received two calls from her representatives about adding a second vehicle. The final straw was when I called and was told she was on lunch, so I called back and was then told she wasn't in the office that day. Again, why did I expect a representative to have accurate information? Oh, but when it comes to taking payments, she's right there to help. I made sure I received an email confirming that I wouldn't owe them anything and that my services were canceled. We shall see."

All families we serve are very important to us and we appreciate everyone’s business, yet as a State Farm agent, it is my responsibility to prioritize the needs of our customers. For example, if I am not in the office, it does not mean I am not assisting my customers. Like a good neighbor, I become a part of customers’ life events (good or bad), such as: home fires, auto accidents, loss of a loved one. We appreciate our customers, who understand that my role in the office extends further than just the office location, as I try to be with my customers during very difficult moments of their lives. I also want to apologize on behalf of my team for promising you a call back from me. After taking time off during spring break, I had multiple complicated events to attend to such as robbery claim, inhabitable home water damage claim, and helping a son walking through next steps since he learned his mother (our customer) has very little time left on this earth. As much as I would like to be present in the office and pick up every single call, I wouldn’t be accomplishing my business mission which is to protect our customers financial well-being from expected events and realize their financial dreams.
