"Сегодня произошла ситуация, которая окончательно заставила меня прекратить сотрудничество с агентством Елены Плешаковой компании State Farm. Во время телефонного разговора с сотрудницей по имени Ольга по поводу несправедливого повышения стоимости страховки, я услышала на заднем плане женский голос, говоривший по-русски примерно следующее: «Никуда она не денется, заплатит 200 баксов как миленькая. Она всегда возмущается, а потом платит. И никуда она из нашей компании не уйдет, потому что везде цена еще выше и она об этом знает». Я была крайне удивлена подобным отношением и спросила Ольгу, почему сотрудники обсуждают клиента так, словно меня нет на линии. В ответ мне сказали, что никто ничего подобного не говорил. К нашему разговору подключилась сотрудница по имени Татьяна. Когда я подняла вопрос о сказанных ею словах в мой адрес, она отрицала, что произносила их. Вместо того чтобы попытаться разобраться в ситуации или хотя бы проявить уважение к клиенту, меня фактически выставили человеком, который якобы всё неправильно понял или придумал. Я попросила поговорить с владельцем агентства, однако Татьяна сообщила, что сама является менеджером и если меня что-то не устраивает, я могу отказаться от страхования. Именно так я и поступила. После пяти лет сотрудничества я закрыла все страховые полисы в этом агентстве. Я понимаю, что сотрудники не всегда могут повлиять на рост страховых тарифов. Однако уважительное отношение к клиентам зависит не от штата Вашингтон и не от цен на страховку, а от профессионализма и культуры общения. К сожалению, мой последний опыт общения с этим агентством оставил крайне неприятное впечатление. Страховое агентство Елены Плешаковой компании State Farm, я никогда и ни под каким предлогом не буду рекомендовать моим знакомым и людям, которые ищут страховку авто в штате Вашингтон. Может быть другие агенты относятся к своим клиентам более уважительно? Например моя подруга, которая также является клиентом State Farm не имела к ним никаких жалоб и ей почему-то цену не повышают. Она уже несколько лет платит по фиксированному тарифу, даже не имея программы Drive Safe&Save, которая по моему мнению является вредоносной."

"I was a client of Elena Pleshakova's State Farm agency for approximately five years. During that time, I insured two vehicles and my property through this agency. Throughout those years, my insurance premiums increased regularly. Each time, I was told that the increases were due to rising insurance rates across Washington State. As a result, the cost of full coverage on one of my vehicles increased by more than $500 over the years. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have a completely clean driving record. I have had no accidents, no tickets, and no insurance claims. For five years, I complied with all requirements and participated in the Drive Safe & Save program, which, in my opinion, is an intrusive and poorly designed app that negatively affects my phone's performance. Despite maintaining an excellent driving record and repeatedly asking the agency to review my rate, my premiums continued to increase every six months. Until recently, I was unable to switch to a less expensive coverage option because my vehicle was financed and required full coverage. Today, however, an incident occurred that finally convinced me to end my relationship with Elena Pleshakova's State Farm agency. While speaking on the phone with an employee named Olga regarding yet another increase in my premium, I overheard a woman speaking Russian in the background. I clearly heard words to the effect of: "She's not going anywhere. She'll pay the extra $200. She always complains and then pays anyway. She's not leaving our company because she knows everyone else is even more expensive." I was shocked to hear employees discussing a customer in such a disrespectful manner while I was still on the phone. When I asked Olga why they were talking about me as if I were not there, I was told that no such conversation had taken place. Another employee, Tatyana, then joined the call. When I asked her about the comments I had just heard, she denied making them. Rather than attempting to address my concerns or resolve the situation professionally, I was made to feel as though I had imagined the entire incident or misunderstood what was said. I asked to speak with the owner of the agency. Tatyana informed me that she was the manager and that if I was unhappy with the situation, I was free to take my business elsewhere. That is exactly what I did. After five years of loyalty, I canceled all of my insurance policies with this agency. I understand that agency employees do not control statewide insurance rates. However, respect for customers has nothing to do with Washington State regulations or premium increases. It has everything to do with professionalism, honesty, and customer service. My final experience with this agency left me deeply disappointed. I would never recommend Elena Pleshakova's State Farm agency to friends, family members, or anyone looking for auto insurance in Washington State. Interestingly, a friend of mine has also been insured through State Farm for several years and has not experienced the same pattern of constant rate increases, despite not participating in the Drive Safe & Save program. This only adds to my concerns about how rates are determined and reviewed. Based on my personal experience, I can no longer trust this agency and will be taking my business elsewhere."

"I have a Japanese Firetruck and 2 other state farm agents said state farm would not cover them.... period..... Elena got it done!!! When we bought my wife a new car and her insurance agent insisted on naming me in that policy(another state farm agent) Elena reached out because that was essentially extra expense for no reason. She is by far the best state farm agent I've had and I believe she's the 6th agent I've experienced now."

"Would not recommend. Switched from another carrier and it was a nightmare. Communication was good at first but as soon as I switched over it was not good anymore. Would look elsewhere. I went back to old company again after only a few weeks. Too bad because the policies themselves weren’t bad, it was just the communication or lack there of and completely dropping the ball on the details of the transition. In the end they blew it for a new client with auto, home and umbrella policies and lost my business in a matter of about 3 weeks time."

"Do not do business with this agent!!!! I just purchased a 2001 Chevy Astrovan, I had it insured and my insurance went up Over $400 without any notice from this agent! I’m totally new to having auto insurance. My van is currently sitting in my driveway Undrivable with moldy seats, I have not driven my van months! I currently ride my bicycle and take public transit! This agent has caused me a huge amount of Financial hardship!!!!"
